Deserve no stars. A small business that treats their clients like a large one that doesn’t care about them. My wife and I were welcoming our premie newborn in to the world the next day so we wanted a deep clean of our house to ensure our baby girl was brought into a great clean house. $200. And they barely cleaned a thing. To start, they were 30 minutes late and only reached out after already being late. Now the job they were paid to do, about 10% of it was done. When I asked them about a remedy, just cop outs and trying to hide behind a sorry not sorry apology for my misunderstanding. Not their lack of cleaning or offering a remedy. All they wanted to do was hide behind woe is me instead of being professionals trying to do the right thing. Here are all the pictures we took of our house after they “cleaned”. They didn’t even vacuum 2 of our 3 bedrooms. Did not clean surfaces, no laundry performed, they couldn’t even put a trash bag back in the trash can. Took 15 minutes for me to run the vacuum and pick all of that dirt in one pod pictures. Since they wouldn’t rectify their poor attempt at a clean, we disputed the bill and the 3rd party company sided with us as they did not fulfill their contract. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, SAD!
