The home building process was made easy with Wells Construction, from Plans to Completion.

We gave Roger Wells, the President a drawing of the floor plan we had done, he used his architect to design the home, and with our approval built the home in 6 months( July -December). They did a wonderful job. We were at the construction site daily and they were always courteous and answered all our questions. They suggested upgrades and a few design changes along the way, but were never pushy. This is 2012 and the home is still as wonderful today and it was the day we moved in. Wells has built numerous homes since in Pleasanton, and I am sure other towns. He also does a lot of construction work. I would highly recommend Wells Construction for any of remodel or building project.
