Zippy Cleaning

Bought a Groupon for cleaning!  Paid my good money and they refuse to answer calls for WEEKS.  This company has an F with the BBB for the same thing.  They are crooks - would not trust them in my house now!  If you want to hire someon who will is willing to take money for nothing - this is the company.

I bought a cleaning coupon on Groupon for 3 cleanings.  When I called to schedule at the number provided to schedule the voice message directs you to a website that doesn't exist.  They also fail to return voice messages that left

The first visit was on April 3, 2013. The cleaning was not sufficient so I asked them to return and fix a few things, they came out the next day and cleaned the areas I had asked.
The second visit was on May 22, 2013. They came out again and performed services, they were adequate.
The third visit was to be in June, however they have not contacted me or returned my calls or messages. There was a period of time where I could not even get through on the phone. I attempted to get online and sign up for a third date, and that was unsuccessful also due to the website.

I spoke with Anita approximately 3 weeks prior to my
house move about cleaning my current residence and my new residence on the day
of move out and in. I needed to arrange entry into the houses for them which we
discussed and she stated they would be in touch prior to the appointment. The
Friday before the move I had heard nothing, only an email confirming the
appointment which I responded to and asked them to call me ASAP. They did not
call. I then called Monday, the main number and Anita directly, leaving
numerous messages for a return call to confirm appointments and arrange access
to the properties. They failed to return any calls at all. Come Tuesday
morning, the morning of the move, no one showed up at the house to clean it. I
ended up cleaning my old house until 8pm that night when I should have been
moving into my new house and when I arrived at my new house it was left filthy
by the sellers and I have a 2 year old to look after  as well as being pregnant, I was in a complete
mess - THEY LEFT ME COMPLETELY IN THE LURCH and I ended up doing way too much
cleaning with way too many chemicals for a pregnant person. I am appalled by
their lack of service and commitment to their customers. I would actively tell
people not to even bother contacting this company as they cannot be relied upon
and they have no concerns for their customers.

BEWARE! Do not use this cleaning service! I bought a package through Groupon for three 2-hour cleaning sessions. The only option to schedule the appointment was through a website. I entered my request for the appointment (several weeks in advance) and received an automated email with my reservation request. The email said I would receive another email or call to confirm my appointment. I never received any other contact. I tried to call the number for the company and it is apparently a cell phone that no one is checking, because the voicemail was full and no one answered it any time I called. I went online to try and get more information or contact and the only other number I found was also unsuccessful. Assuming that the appointment was still standing (my mistake) and not wanting them to just show up and me not be there, I took off work and waited for the company to show up and provide the services I paid for. No one showed up and no one ever called. Again, I tried to reach someone at this company and was unsuccessful. I emailed them about my complaint and have never heard back from them. I am requesting a full refund for the Groupon I purchased and am warning everyone I can not to use this company. A company shouldn't sign up on Groupon and offer a package for their services if they are incapable of living up to their promises and are unable to contact anyone or be contacted at all. It is just bad business. What a terrible experience. I did end up finding another cleaning service that came out same day and gave great service. Zippy cleaning is bogus.

Anita is very professional and polite.Communication is really important to me and she does it well. It was simple to set up the appt for the cleaning time. The ladies arrived on time and cleaned a vacant 4 bedroom condo that we needed to list that same weekend.
The price includes two cleaning sessions and I will be scheduling them soon for the 2nd appt. I would use them again in the future.

The two person crew was hired for two hours they were very punctual and got to work straight away. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. They did a great job. I really like the fact that you can pay for the crew by the hour. I have rooms in my house that dont need cleaning that often. And I like that I can have a crew come and focus on the areas I want them to clean. Good service and very reasonable.
