Horrible.... 1. Delivery team was late (5 hours)2. Tried to drop it off in pieces and not install. We insisted they install3. The bed is not well constructed and has broken at the head board and frame join twice in 90 days.4. The company charged us to replace the head board the 2nd time5. Their Sales and Service team tries to blame us for the frame moving and is unwilling to have dialogue on the phone. They request all contact be in email.6. Still waiting on resolution to the problem I would not purchase anything from any of their stores again.

We separated a dining set and 2 bar stool on Februray 2012. During purchase the manager seems like a nice person, his deal was to sale quick....anyways..I ask about the bar stool and he told me that the height were all the same. Ok, with my ignorance. I was interested in 3 he told me that it was ok but I only pay 2 upfront since i wasn't sure. Since we didn't have a delivery date (because we were moving to a new constructed house in summer) they "hold the items" for us until then. A week prior to moving I went back to pay the rest of the money and reorder the other bar stool. And here we go....I ask to pay the other one and the guy told me that this was a set of 2..ok but I only need 3...why it was ok to purchase 3 on February and not now.??? The "manager" told me that it was a set of 2 and " lets see what we can do"....no way...the other guy saw that i was getting upset and he told me that they will work out something...The manager just sit down and do nothing....no wonder why the place is always empty....On May 18 they were schedule to deliver. They never call a day before to confirm time. So I called the same day at noon to see what was the status. A guy answer the phone and told me yes they "were about to call you, they will go in 1 hour"..??ok 3 hours pass they came. The dining table was damage. The deliver guy went back and came with another one that was on stock. You can see the quality of these product...They reorder the bar stool because when they open it in store it was damage too. Long story short...after 5-6 calls from my part.....they finally call the same day... to see if we were in the house to delivery the bar stool on JUNE 19 ( a month after). and ... they came 3 hours late and bring the bar stool which came out the highest height (too high) and part of the leather damage....anyways I stay with ITEM since I needed the bar stool for the low chair of the baby soon... Very disappointed and NEVER AGAIN ZILLI...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THERE PRIORITY!!!!
Description of Work: Zilli Furniture deliver a dining table on May 18 and the table was damage so they had to come back that same day with another dining set. Since the 3 bar stool that was order was damage too. They had to reorder them again and they deliver it on June 19...a month after. During the delivery everything was ok. The guy how deliver had nothing to do with the quality and unprofessional service that this company give.
