Window Genie of Dallas North

They arrived at scheduled time.  The gutters were cleaned and all the area below was swept or cleaned up.  The only problem I had was in being able to answer their emails, but that might have been some type of firewall with my work computer.

Bob came on time for quote.  Washer came to wash windows on time.
When sun shown on the windows the next day, we noticed the large picture windows and others were streaked.
Called owner to report problem and suggested they come back next day to redo when it was sunny.  Was told that was not possible due to a scheduling conflict
Settled on another date but cleaner NO Showed
Weeks went by, rains came and no luck getting serviced.
We also noticed that the metal frames on 2 screens were bent and bowed out.
When owner finally called to set another date, so much time and weather had elapsed that it was pointless.
We settled on paying for 1/2 the job quote.  I have had windows cleaned by other professionals with great results.  I used this company because they were highlighted by ANGIE'S List in their magazine with coupon.  NEVER again.

They offered a reasonable price. They were going to send 2 people out as it was a big job, but only one worker showed up. At first I was not pleased only one guy arrived for the job, but the worker that arrived did such a great job. He worked quickly and thoroughly, I was impressed with the results of his work. Luckily he was good at what he did, it turned out he did not need any additional help as he was able to take the job on himself and perform quality work.

Went as planned

I used this Window Genie for the first time today. I live in an area with new construction so the windows were badly in need of cleaning. The guys did a great job, were very personable, very detail oriented, cleaned up after themselves and double checked their work for any thing they might have missed on the first pass. I will definately use them again. I just hope they have the same guys when I schedule them back!

Bob Watkins ame out to give me an estimate promptly when I called. He was professional and gave me a written detailed estimate of the cost of the work. Dusty Jaime, and Richard came out to do the work. They were on time and finished the work in the timeframe that was set. I thought they were a little pricey but relaible.

Bob Watkins, owner of Window Genie, was on time for our first meeting, and we both appreciated the professional and detailed approach he gave to our estimate of the job. His crew, Mark and Dusty, were efficient and hardworking.

We are absolutely thrilled with the results!   We notice an appreciable difference in the amount of heat coming through our windows (floor - ceiling windows overlooking our pool) without giving up all the great light that comes through during the day.   Additionally, the film applied to our front door now affords us privacy while still allowing light to come through.   It's absolutely beautiful and you can't tell that it's not truly frosted glass.    You also cannot tell that any UV film was applied to our living room windows - they are just stunning.  
Bob was very pleasant to deal with, always returned calls quickly and spent the better part of an afternoon with us going through all of our options WITHOUT being pushy or trying to upsell us.   He then hung samples on our windows for us to try for a week to see which one we truly liked best.    His installation team was punctual and professional - they do amazing work very quickly and very neatly.   
After the work was done, he followed up about a week later just to be sure we were still happy with the results.   He truly seems to care about his customers' satisfaction and he was an absolutely pleasure to work with.
