Could not have been better. First leather chair we felt stretched too easily. Weirs offered a full refund or replacement without hesitation.

Furniture - Sales
Our sales person, Michelle, was extremely helpful and very well versed in the products we purchased. The recliners had to be returned as they were defective. The store sent out a repair specialist promptly in an attempt to fix the chairs and when he determined he could not, he got authorization to return them on the spot. Our overall experience was great. I highly recommend Weiers and will use them again.

Mattresses
Showed up between the hours given, completed the work, did not try and up sell me anything. John did what he came to do. Will use again. The only issue that I had was I asked the person taking the call that if it need freon what the cost would be. She had no idea and told me the Tech would explain that to me. Not knowing the prices prior to, kind of concerns me. I understand she can not know all prices but that is a standard question.

I shopped everywhere and bought two mattresses within the past year. It has been very difficult to find a wonderful mattress that lasts. I even returned one of them to the store. I finally and reluctantly decided to try the KLUFT mattress that Weir's offers. It felt great in the store (they all do it seems). Weir's does not offer a return policy like some of the other stores and I was very hesitant. However, I am so glad that I finally decided to purchase this mattress. I have had it for over 6 months and I still LOVE it!!!! It was worth every penny. Somethings you must pay full price for in order to receive the best results. A good night's sleep is worth millions and this KLUFT mattress has been wonderful! I will never buy any other brand. Thank you Weir's!

We made 3 trips to Weir's to test out mattresses. I was in love with the Kluft mattress (if you haven't put your head on one go to Weir's just for the experience). However, Kluft was not within our budget. We thought Simmons Beautyrest World Class was an excellent alternative (our third trip was just to make sure). Bob Millner was our sales contact. He was excellent: well informed, knowledgeable, no pressure -- very likable. A plus side to going to Weir's over other mattress stores is that they (1) do not change the name of the mattress; and (2) will provide you a fact sheet. Additionally, their prices are as you see them. They work out contracts with the manufacturers to forego marketing to try to keep the price as low as possible. Thus, mattresses do not go on sale. The price is what you see.
We were planning to purchase with Weir's/Bob; however, just before I was going to pull the trigger on the purchase we found out that our furnace may need to be replaced. This resulted in me contacting US-Mattress via phone (on-line mattress store) to see if they had the same mattress (I had to provide them Weir's mattress name). They did and the price was $1396 which included shipping and White Glove delivery/set-up. No tax because we were out-of-state (they are located in Michigan). The sales rep (Josh) at US-Mattress just so happen to have the same mattress (he was in a motorcycle accident 4 years ago) and loved it. This was a huge confirmation b/c I was in a head-on collision and needed similar comfort/support.
However, if you decide to go local, I would definitely recommend Weir's, BUT, at all the mattress shops we visited we had only positive encounters with the staff. We really liked Bob and Weir's philosophy and wanted to give them our business. Unfortunately, budget dictated otherwise.

We have been shopping at both this Weir's location and the Dallas location for years. They are a family owned business with very personal and professional customer service. They have beautiful furniture from the top brands and also continually feature closeout pieces that they offer at great prices. Our most recent purchase was a closeout set of Lane bunkbeds and mattresses for our daughters. They also have a Country Store within the showroom that offers decorative home accessories, gift items, popcorn and candy that the kids love. It is always a pleasure shopping here, and we always check Weir's first when we are considering purchasing a new piece of furniture for our home.
