WD PIANO MOVERS

Moving from Frisco to Sherman, Texas. We moved out of our apartment in Frisco and had a grand piano that needed moving. We had to be out on a specific date, and scheduled the move 3 weeks prior. We were told we would be contacted the day before with a time that they would be at the apartment to move the piano, only we received no call the day before. After not receiving a call that day, we called and left a message about the move the next day. At 8:40 AM the next morning we missed a call from them - and called them back 15 minutes later. They were about to get to our apartment - KNOWING we were an hour away - and would not wait for us to drive to the apartment to meet them. They proceeded to tell us that they WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE US until Wednesday of the next week. The Apartment Complex already had people moving in and we HAD to be out by Monday. Left us high and dry and had to book an emergency move with someone else - at DOUBLE the cost. Just unbelievable. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND NOT GIVE A DARN!

Went very well. They called me about 20 minutes before they showed up as a ''courtesy'' call. They were right on time. They loaded it up quickly. The porch steps in our new house are kind of tricky, but they took their time and got the piano in without damage.

MOVER WAS POLITE AND DID A GOOD JOB.
