They did all my blinds. Price wise they were cheaper than a couple of other quotes I received. They were very professional. One of the shades had slight damage that I had not noticed. The installer actually noticed it and brought it to my attention. They came and replaced that free of charge for me. When he was installing it he saw the damage and he actually pointed it out to me. They had to reorder the shades. They are good with pricing and punctuality. Someone else recommended the company to me and they were really good. I mean they really did a good job on the blinds. I think my experience was pretty standard so I don't feel that there is really anything they could improve.

Rick was very responsive in coming to the house to measure, he kept us updated on an estimated arrival time of the shutters. When they were ready to be installed, he worked within our timetable to get them installed. On installation day, there was a small problem with one of the shutters. Rick took it to his shop over the weekend, brought it back out on Monday and re-installed it. We are quite happy with the shutters and will call Rick again when we are ready to do the upstairs.
