Vision Properties

I would not recommend them but o would like to warn other about them. Everything that they touched on this house ended up breaking within the first 6 months of owning it. They hadn?t rigged the pipes that they wouldn?t have to replace them. They did the concrete driveway incorrectly and they never removed the wood barriers that they had put down for it. They never finished painting several things and the place looks like they came in and did as little work as possible and left. They disappeared and never returned any my phone calls. I actually started talking to them about purchasing the house before they had finished with it; so we kind of had a list of things that they promised that they would finish in exchanging for raising the price of the house. It cost me several thousand dollars to do all of it and then it cost another couple of thousand dollars to redo it after everything broke. One of their painter?s broke one of my brand new windows which I just had installed and they told me not to worry about it because they were going to replace it, but they never did. I would never use them in the future and I would warn anybody against using them. This was my first home purchase and I felt that they really took advantage of the fact that I was young. I just took them for their word that they would do what they said but they didn?t at all. They just took the money and ran.
