My home is a two story, 2 attic home. We scheduled a starting time at 8 a.m. with Victor and he did not show up until 10:30 a.m. He completed the job at 6:30 pm. The upper floor attic is very small. In the beginning, Victor attempted to not spray the second floor attic by standing on the ladder and not climbing in the attic. My husband had to get on him by requesting that he climb in the attic. Victor did comply and climbed in the second floor attic to spray. We ran out of paint for the attic and fence. I had to leave the house twice to go get paint. This slowed the entire process. Victor is a very good painter. However, this guy never shows up on time. His unprofessional behavior is very, very hard to deal with. He had a good attitude and will correct anything, but he is unprofessional and you have to deal with it in in exchange for a good price.

Victor showed up on time. He started his job on time. His partner arrived about two and a half hours after him. I was not informed that anyone else would be in my home, but was no big deal after I checked his identification. After they had been working for four hours, they decided to ask me for $100 for equipment rental. I did not give them the money. I asked them to only take one hour lunch, but they decided to take one and a half hours for lunch without informing me they were going to return late. I had to convince them to come back in the house and continue working or I would ask them to leave and cancel the job. They were sitting in front of my house eating lunch for 30 minutes of the one hour. After the first day everything went well. They finished the job and they did a good job. The second day they were very serious and did not play games. They were very professional on the second day.

VICTOR DID AN EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL JOB OF MAKING SURE THAT OUR HOME WAS DONE RIGHT. HE SANDED THE CUPBOARDS IN THE BATHROOM, COVERED UP AND TAPED ALL SURFACES, AND CLEANED UP. THE HOUSE LOOKS BRAND NEW.

VICTOR DID A GREAT JOB. THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE LOOKS BRAND NEW. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND REHIRE.
