They worked with me and after the guy came in and replaced the box we asked if he could reconnect my parents DVD player on their newer TV. My parents are disabled and not able to go out and watch movies in theaters so with the Fios in our house and the added DVD player our family can enjoy movies in our home. He was not in our home very long as he knew what was needed. We have had Verizon Fios several years now. The internet and the bundle works well.

The price is comparable to other service. It might be a dollar cheaper because I have the bundle. I don’t have television service with it. They have great service and I have never had any problems. It was a great experience and I have recommended it to persons I know. The only time I had a problem they responded quickly.
