TV Service - Cable, Internet Service
Verizon has some of the highest quality service and faster speeds. We have never really had problems with them. I think they are over priced for the market. When I had to get on chat, they solve my solve my problems very quickly. Punctuality is n/a because you don't talk to people any more. Verizon used to have stores and you could go in or people could come out. But now, you basically do everything online if you are changing a top box or a router, you do it your self. I got what I asked for when I asked for it and so I would rate professionalism a B. However, there have been times I have called in over the years but there were too many levels of service. It doesn't seem like sometimes you get the answer at the first level of service.
