Cleaners arrived on time, well-prepared to complete the task. They were in cleaning the classroom area during the day, but came back later in the day so they would not disturb the administrative section office area. They did ask for additional time to work on some harder to remove spots to ensure they completely removed them, but it added only 30 minutes to their estimated work time.  They worked with us so as not to be disruptive to our clients and our daily schedule. Team was courteous, professional and went out of their way to do a great job.  Followed up to ensure the job was done properly to our liking and theirs as well (they said others would see their work and their reputation depended on doing a great job.)

Because we train contractors and sub-contractors in the construction business, the carpet was badly in need of cleaning. There were several old large stains in the classroom of unknown origin, that other commercial companies could not remove. (They were gone right after the cleaning, and reappeared a couple of weeks later.) Hector, the owner, did a walk-through,and gave us a  detailed written quote which we accepted and scheduled the time for the cleaning.

Hector was on time, professional and thorough. Furniture was moved and replaced. He did not overdo the cleaning (a previous company did that and had to return) so there was no residue from Universo's work. He put in additional time on those spots and they have not reappeared.  I expected them to reappear a they always did in the past. He stayed on those until they were definitely gone and used no tricks to hide residue. The it took about the amount of time Hector  said it would. He did not take breaks, and worked to completion.

I was impressed because Hector stated it was his reputation that was on the line, not the previous companies.Hector checked back to ensure we were happy with the cleaning and especially that the spots were still gone.

It is nice to see how long the carpets have remained clean after constant use. It is nicer to see that Customer Service is still alive and well. I don't just recommend Universo, I enthusiastically recommend them. We are definitely using them again.
