I would Never again order any item from this store. From start to finish the experience was horrible. When I ordered the bookcases, I was charged in full, despite being told I would only be charged 50%. When the bookcases finally arrived, I was told my quote of $50 to deliver them which was made when I ordered, was no longer valid. The charge would be $250. So, I rented a uhaul. They helped load it, breaking two pieces that have still not been repaired by them. Then, a bookcase was made wrong entirely, resulting in them having to re-order it from the Maker. It's 8 weeks now after my original order. I still have no bookcase, and I'm still paying for it. On top of everything, they never call me to inform me of what is the delay, I always have to call them then I am put on hold forever as they figure out who will break the bad news to me. I have had such a bad experience I plan to notify the Better Business Bureau about the horrible service and misleading promises made by them.
