Eric was very friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. He quickly attended to my car and explained what they would need to do to fix it and the time involved. As soon as I get the money from the person who damaged my car, I will take it in to get fixed.

Trade Secret is the recommended body shop for Audi in the Plano area. My TT had less than 5000 miles on it when I was rear ended at a traffic signal. The Trade Secret organization exceeded my expectations in all areas of service beginning with first contact through the presentation of the repaired bumper. They were right on schedule as well. I defy anyone to detect that the bumper was repainted.

Found significant damage that the insurance appraiser missed. Coordinated with insurance and refused their push to do partial paint on panel. Excellent work completed within estimated time. Perfect match on difficult metallic paint. I'll use them again.

Their professionalism was more than I expected. I had noticed that they were Angie List members and that helped me decide on them to fix my CLK 500. It looks the way it did prior to the accident. Paint matches!!!!

2010 Subaru Forester hit in left rear by motorist missing a light - left rear quarter, back hatch, right rear quarter all required replacement. Getting parts from Subaru (affected by Japan's earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster) complicated matters and at least 2 parts had to be reordered as they were cracked (window glass) or did not fit exactly (back hatch door latch). Trade Secrets had to call in the insurance adjuster a second time when further damage (earlier unseen) was discovered.Trade Secrets did all work per estimate, is recommended by the dealer (whose work they do for body repair) and all work came out with paint matching exactly. Car returned completely cleaned up and shiny.
