In early Spring, Brad commonly sets a designated time during the week to cut my yard throughout the growing season. With few exceptions he does not deviate from the schedule. His crew always does an excellent job and more than one might expect. They do the work quickly and are in and out in a flash. On a couple occasions, a water sprinkler head was damaged and Brad had his crew come back out and fix it. On another occasion, somehow my patio door got hit and was shattered. Brad took care of the expenses of replacing it. I enlisted Brad to cut my church's property and he somehow worked it into his busy schedule. The property is fairly large and he did the job for what I consider a fair price of $250 per week. The crew did an excellent job on that too and was very dependable in seeing to the work. He adjusted the frequency of mowing the property based on the growth which was greatly appreciated.
