Further I should note that this incident came after an ignition coil failure they would not cover under the ext warranty when the car had only 40K miles. Additionally the car suffered an engine cut out due to a bad install of a controller under a factory recall they did.
We have traded in the Highlander that had these incidents fearing there may be other damage caused by their servicing it over the last few years.
I still have a Camry but it will be going elsewhere for service.
