Excellent! Todd is my go-to plumber. He is very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented in his work, and fair in his pricing. He has helped us with multiple bathroom remodels and he takes the time to do the job right.

I was delighted with the service they gave me. Every time I called them they would send someone right over. He only charged me when he actually did something. Every time I ve needed their help, he got every thing up and running right away. This last time he didn't have to touch anything. He just gave me pointers on how to prevent future problems.

The work was a B-. They didn't do a good job of sealing the exhaust flue outside. The worst part was the faulty soldering job. I had to replace my wall and my floor because of the slow leak in the wall as a result. When I contacted Todd, I only asked for the cost charged by another plumber to fix the problem (about $350). He said because I'd had another plumber fix it, he wouldn't guarantee the work. He said, "send me the bill and we'll see".I had another plumber fix it because Todd hadn't returned my calls. I sent him the bill and never heard from him again.
