It was not a good experience , took months longer, they had to redo things and they agreed to fix an issue but did not fixed it, overcharging for a product, it was a mess, he was rude, and the general contractor did not check up on his employees work.

They're excellent, they knew exactly what needed to be done, it went very professionally and I had total confidence in them throughout. They're responsive and good to work with.

Greg worked with us to coordinate flooring work while other work was going on in our home. This is an outstanding company to work with from start to finish. His workers were professional, courteous and cognizant of the fact that we were living in the house throughout. The finished product is gorgeous. We have had only positive statements made about t he beautiful new flooring from family and friends. It was also a pleasure working with Greg's assistant Nicole. The demolition crew kept dirt in check by having a vacuum system in operation  while demolition was taking place. The premises were cleaned daily . Special kudos to Eduardo who headed up the wood installation crew. Even Greg's wife, Wendy, took an interest in the project. Greg is a class act and can be proud of his company and employees. My husband and I recommend him and his company without reservation.

Greg helped us choose a very hard wood that is beautiful. The work was scheduled quickly. We were moving into the house and wanted to get the floors installed before the move-in date. The tear-out was very quick and clean. The floor prep was excellent. Our floors were not level! It took extensive prep. The installation of the wood was very professional. The crew was supervised by Greg Savage, himself. He actually did the install on an electrical outlet embedded in the floor. How often do you get the owner on site working and watching everything? Not often. Greg took an interest in the transformation of our home. We later hired Plano Floor Source to do our kitchen, masterbath and upstairs bathroom granite. We are very pleased. You can't go wrong with Plano Floor Source. Greg is a long time professional in floors and home remodeling. He is an excellent source for services and information. He even fixed our front porch light at NO COST. This is one contractor who rises above even the good ones. He is superb!

They gave us an estimate for bamboo flooring based on samples they had from manufacturers and when it came time to do the job they couldn't get the sample flooring that we had chosen. They searched around several other manufacturers to find one we were happy with which ended up being more expensive but Greg stuck with his original bid. They arrived on time, were courteous, quiet, professional. They left and cleaned up every day. They finished the job timely. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

We found these guys on Angies list and thought we'd give them a try. What we found is that they offer the lowest prices and do great work. First Greg, the owner, comes over to your house to give you an estimate and it's obvious he has lots of experience. He's loaded with all kinds of great information and I suggest you ask all the questions you can. Once you choose your flooring, Greg's workers come over to do the install. They do fantastic work. I've had several wood floors installed some of which have been poorly done, so I know what to look for. Upon close examination, it was difficult for me to any find flaws in their work. They seemed more like craftsman than inexperienced subcontractors who are to your house to throw down some flooring. On a couple occasions they found problems after ripping up the flooring and fixed the subflooring at no charge. My wife and I were so pleased with their work, we had them back to remodel a bathroom and have also recommended them to family and friends.

They did a very nice job of installing the flooring, it looks great.

Put hardwood in floor in large living area, put slate in foyer, one bathroom and on fireplace, tile in 2nd bathroom and removed all old flooring and disposed of same excellent job.

NEEDED SOME TILE REPAIR DONE IN A BATHROOM. AFTER WAITING ALMOST A WEEK AFTER ESTIMATE WAS PERFORMED, RECEIVED AN EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE ESTIMATE FOR WORK I DIDN'T NEED DONE.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I RE-HIRED THEM LATER TO DO MY KITCHEN. THEY WERE OF GREAT QUALITY.
