Zach's crew didn't pull permits that he was supposed to which caused my property to be shut down. He told me numerous times that if it wasn't load bearing, it didn't need a permit. City inspectors told me otherwise when they came out to do my rough inspection. That got my electric turned off. Plumbing was pulled fresh, before laying cement, and he ran two drains from toilet to the main going out of building. Then everything else, w/d, sinks, utility sink, ac drain, hot water drain, kitchen and everything else was ran into the VENTS of the toilets. Illegal! So now the cost of breaking up my floor to re do all the plumbing was there. Toilets were off center when they framed around the drains. Electrical to AC units was done residential, not commercial and he didn't even put in the drain for second bath's tub/shower. AC wasn't done right with no returns in half of the 3800 sq ft building, and a lot of other issues about the way it was run but was over my head from what Trane's installation crew pointed out after redo'ing it all. Zach would not fix, even come out after i got red tagged on everything. I put a stop payment on his last check which then he took to a check cashing store (who does that?) and now they are suing me for that amount. That's why he took it there and happens to know the owner according to them. (Su, Lee). I had to sell my property because estimates to redo and fix was $150k-$180k. The company who bought it said it was every bit of $180k to get past CO.

"This customer surely mastered the art of scamming people and he is not foreign to do that (lookup his criminal history to know what i mean) Long story short,, He hired my business to combine 2 warehouses to one a photographic studio for God knows what and to include a living apartment within it. My job as a GC is to execute plans and not to judge people. Although, I've informed him about what paperwork he needed because of the odd nature of his project. he insisted that we do it (Even that i showed him the Red Tags from the city he'[Member Information Removed] mentioning). Not Only that i worked with him out of pity because he was SO under funded, and i trusted his word that he is waiting to collect from his (Customers) to pay my workers that i ended up paying them from my own money because they work hard and have families to support, But [Member Name Removed] wouldn't care less about that. the last check he paid was over a weekend and banks were closed and i had to cash it to pay my guys, ironically, it turned to be a HOT check, so he'[Member Information Removed] obviously getting sued by Ms. Lee. Be aware of dealing with this person as he WILL scam you. God Bless .."

I needed a bathroom remodel. Abdulaziz Alkayed (AKA Zack Adams, Zack Adamson) was very attentive while trying to get the initial 60% down. Once the 60% was received, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of him. The estimated time for this project was to be three to four weeks. After 2.5 months and hardly any work done, I had to fire him and hire another contractor. The new contractor had to take everything back to the studs. They got a good laugh at the shoddy work his crew did. His workers would rarely show up. When they did you could tell they had no idea what they were doing. Crown molding was put on upside down, door frames were put on backwards, the carpet was ruined, the shower tile fell off the wall, the shower liner was not lined correctly. The results have been devastating. He hires day workers from the local home depot to come in and out of your home without your knowledge. He assured me he and his crew were bonded and insured. He has an excuse and an emergency for every issue that comes up. Everything is the customers fault. All bad reviews are from customers that didn't pay him. Be assured I did pay him a lot of money for basically a bad demo job. I have spoken with both Zack Adams and Waseem Khalifah (foreman) asking for some kind of refund to no avail. Please save yourself a lot of money and heartache and stay away. Pictures show the progress after 2.5 months.

"The Client surely has psychological issues that were obvious from the first day i went to her house. Thankfully, her mother helped her in meeting me and figuring the needed plan for the remodel work. Despite that we finished %85 of the work, The client kept on changing the work orders and not respecting the written agreement that details the scoop of work. In addition to trying to get involved (on a personal level) with one of my crew leaders were the first one didn't want to continue working there for that reason, as a back act on them, she started coming up with all types of excuses to prevent our installers from finishing their tasks and accordingly following their work orders as well as schedules for other projects. The client did not pay as agreed towards the phases of the project and it was obvious that she planned for that all along from the beginning. Legal actions are taken and are still in process to protect the right of the company as well as the installers. Thanks."

FABULOUS. The job was overseen by Zack Adamson and his project manager. To be expected with remodeling, a few tweaks along the way were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. I recommended The Majestic Home to two family members. Every time I walk into my kitchen, the beauty and crispness take my breath away... and I find a huge smile on my face. I've included photos of the BEFORE and several AFTER.

50,000t Zack was able to work with the budget that our insurance company gave us and he even added a few bonus options with lazy Susan's in our kitchen and beautiful cabinets. Not run of the mill products. He has an eye for detail and is very creative. He educated us and kept us well informed at all times.  Very trustworthy and his staff were great. The crews kept everything cleaned up as much as you possible considering the work being done. They stayed on schedule even with running into a few bumps along the way.  He cares about his customers and the quality of his work is extremely important to him. He takes pride in his work!
