Our roofing consultants are certified and highly experienced, and our lead crews have been with us since 1997. There is no licensing requirement in the state of Texas for roofing contractors, however, we are proud members and certified by the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas! The RCAT is proud to bring standards set forth by an industry leading certification program, and Texas Star Roofing is certified for both residential and commercial.

Our new May 2021 roof is the 3rd complete roof Jay and Texas Star has replaced due to North Texas hailstorms. Being a multiple repeat customer should say volumes to the trustworthy, reliable and timely work Texas Star has done for our Family. Also, his subcontractors for Painting, Gutters, General Repairs are also Top Notch and came under the watchful eye of Jay and Texas Star. Hail storms are inevitable so when another one happens, Jay and Texas Star will be my first call (even before my Insurance Agent!).

They were just great, very professional, from start to finish they were punctual, they did exactly what they said they would do, they did everything on time, they were just fantastic, They even sent letters to our neighbors, out of our knowledge, to ensure that everything was clean, that they would come and do a metal detector in case of nails scattered on their driveway which was very good, It was really really good experience working with Texas Star Roofing Inc., we would highly recommend them.

My house was affected in the Wylie 2016 Hail storm. This was the first time I filed a claim and I had a few questions. Every time I spoke to Jay Williamson, he was pleasant and answered my answers in great detail. Jay kept me posted throughout the process. Everything was done in a timely manner. The clean up was great! I will definitely call them again and recommend them to my family and friends!

A. The discussions, explanations and recommendations were excellent. B. The actual work performed was very professional. i was surprised at how well they cleaned up the old shingles and left our yard & gardens in great shape. The job they did for us was several years ago so I am not up to date.

Very well. Texas Star Roofing worked with insurance adjuster throughout the replacement process. Costs were in line with estimate, work was completed on schedule. Follow-up inspection was done after roofing and gutter replacement, including attic inspection. Have had no issues with quality of work.

Crew arrived timely with most materials (had a delivery later in the day of additional vent and skylights. Most work completed day one with everything weather right by end of day. Skylights and touchups done following two days. Cleanup was pretty thorough with only a few nails and debris found. A tricky lift of the arbor resting on the main roof was done with no snags. Crew was courteous and professional.
