A bit hard to reach on the phone, but was worth the trouble. He showed up with square foot numbers from the appraisal district as a starting place. Did his own measurements. Complex multi story and multi attic measure. He came up with 1000 square feet more than another contractor (from Angie's) and was about a $1000.00 cheaper. I thought other contractor had mis-measured, but that speaks for itself. He was very specific and gave me requirement sheets from manufacturer as to number of bags to do the job, and then quoted the job for a specific number of bags of fiber glass blown in. Very good job. Very reasonable price.
