Randy came out a year ago (exactly when he said he would, unlike many no-shows from other contractors I called), gave me the best estimate of any of the 3 I received, and then, after I dropped the ball, honored the price of the estimate. The work was performed in a timely fashion (even with rain storms hoping in and out of the area. The crew moved all of our furniture. The texturing and colors are exactly what we wanted, even though we had no experience to be able to articulate our wants. Randy figured it out. Randy was professional and personable. When a line-item on the bid wasn't needed (grinding the old surface to receive the new one), he removed the charge. When the job, was finished, he offered to come back when it needed to be re-coated in a few years, or walk us through what needed to be done so that we can do it ourselves. Liked the work so much that we are considering having them back to resurface the front walk and driveway.
