Susan was fantastic! Helped us find a home and held our hand through the entire process. She
helped us with finding a mortgage lender, home inspector, home warranty company, moving company, Foundation Company, pool inspector and so forth. And she negotiated a price far better than we could have done on our own. We did not realize how complicated buying a new home can be, but we sailed through it without a hitch. And best of all, we paid nothing for her representation. We had no idea that the seller paid all her commission. Sweet!
