They replaced my windshield for my car. I didn't pay anything the service was under warranty.

Excellent service, great communication. I have been having my car serviced there for 10 years now, and my car has not given me 1 day of trouble. They are honest, professional and reasonably priced.

Subaru of Plano are very prompt, on time, and treat you politely. They give me a quote for how much it will be exactly. Jeff is an excellent service manager. They are very honest about if you need something or you don't, they don't try to oversell you and they do explain why the car needs service. They will give you a loaner if you have to do something but I just wait until the car is done.

I purchased a new Legacy two years ago. The sunroof and passenger-side airbag were inoperable. My car was in the dealership approximately 10 times without issue resolution. The quality of the work and the "remedies" I received were unacceptable and unprofessional. Subaru of Plano is 100% concerned with selling cars and 0% concerned with customer service. I frequently have my 5'3", 115 pound mother in the car with me. The airbags was set to deploy for people who weigh 120 pounds. The service department "reset" the airbag to deploy at a lighter weight, but when my mother sat in the seat, the airbag would not activate. I was told that my mother was "sitting in the seat wrong". I had to bring her to the dealership to prove that she wasn't sitting in the seat abnormally. I was then told that she would need to sit closer to the dash, then further away. I asked repeatedly for a new seat, but the service manager indicated the dealership wouldn't order one for me. Finally he falsified the paperwork and secured a new seat for me and it worked! When I took car in for it's 30,000 mile maintenance, the service department returned my car with new oil and rotated tires, but the control for the side view mirrors was inoperable. When I indicated that I would be writing a review on Angie's List, I was "fired" from the dealership. I was told that I would have to go somewhere else to get the car fixed. When I took the car to Subaru of McKinney, I was told that someone had drilled through some wiring that controlled the side-view mirrors. Hands down this has been the worst level of customer service I have ever received (and I travel every week for work, so I deal with airlines on a regular basis). If you have your heart set on a Subaru-head to McKinney.

I needed to buy a new car already knew I wanted a Subaru Forester. I had researched the car before and knew most on the price variables (MSRP, Invoice and Dealer Holdbacks). The entire sales process was great as they also showed me all these numbers and were able to come up with a great price which was better than the prices I received at other Dealerships immediately before we even started to negotiate. They also added a few extra features / accessories and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with their offer. This was the smoothest and least stressful sales experience I have ever had in buying a new car. Everything went as planned. I am very happy with this Dealership.
