It was good. Eddie was very responsive, He listens to my request. He's quick to do the work. He scheduled it all with no lapse time.

They did a great job. They were highly responsive, cleaned up after their work, and were incredibly professional. They always checked with me before they did any unexpected work. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Eddie is a wonderful contractor. He is very good about timing and therefore we had work accomplished nearly every single day. He is thorough and good about explaining how the project is going to work. He also understands how a city works and the needed permits that will be required. This was a huge job since we needed an architect, they had to remove the section of roof above the garage, build new walls, do carpentry, add a new A/C unit, etc. Everyone loves our new room and Eddie has had two other families do extensive remodeling due to the fantastic job he did for us. This is actually the third project Eddie has done for us and we will use him again for any other projects we choose in the future. Eddie is also a great guy. He is honest and easy to talk to. Ask him about baseball!

Stradco Builders helped me do a sanity check on the quote that was done by the insurers, explaining where the quote was adequate and where it was not. With their assistance, I was able to ensure that the insurers paid the amount of money required to restore my home to its beautiful pre-flood state.

As my home was clearly not livable, I stayed elsewhere while the repairs were carried out. Stradco provided me with instructions on obtaining and installing a lock box with a key to the premises. Every day, Mr. Estrada carried out an inspection, verifying the work was done correctly, ordering redo's if they failed to meet his extremely high standards. I never had to go back to Mr. Estrada for a single thing - and have not done so to this day; Stradco like most professional builders offer a warranty on the work they perform.

His workers were always on time, I never had any problems with unexplained absences, the work was choreographed to ensure that no one got in anyone else's way. Stradco builders also put in extra touches - for example - my bathroom mirrors were replaced because the cabinetry had to be replaced and the new cabinets were higher than the old ones such that my old mirrors could not be re-used. The finish was simply beautiful; I rave to this day about how my wall sockets are inset in the mirror at precisely the right height. My base boards are in my opinion works of art. They extended them to every room to ensure that there was symmetry; and I simply loved how they angled around my wall sockets in such pristine, fitted angles.

In my opinion, Stradco Builders were not simply about repairing the damage done by the flooding. They wanted to give me back the home that I knew and loved and they acheived that with absolutely flying colors.

Work was performed as promised and in a timely manner. Workmen were skilled and reliable.
