Insurance Agencies
I purchased a policy from JC Penney Life Insurance a while ago and when i went to use it for a relative I found out that the insurance was almost worthless. It pays pennies on the dollar. I guess that is why it's called "Penney" in the name. And to make matters worse they kept charging our bank account after we canceled the insurance.
