Steeplechase Apartments

It is kind of old and they definitely could use some features that could be better like in newer places but they have so many nice things about it too that I do like, which is why I keep renewing. I like living here. It is literally right next to the beautiful park with a jogging or walking trail, it is right next to the wooded area where there is Bobcats, Coyotes, and Raccoons. It is in the middle of the city but it has nature right next-door, which is great. It is large dog friendly, I have a giant dog and so that is great. One can smoke in the parking lot, the manager is very, very nice, and the maintenance is very, nice and they watch us forever. It is a really old building so it has problems, the water would shut off suddenly but they are very helpful, the really try to help with whatever I ask for. They are very kind and professional. I had a problem with the dryer and they fixed it right away, the repair only stayed for a few weeks so they replaced it with a new dryer. However, their prices are going up, up and up. The important thing for anyone to know would be, it is an old building, at least thirty years old, and it doesn’t have high ceilings or newer features, but for an older building, it is extremely well taken care of.
