Sprinkler Solutions

On July 2 Sprinkler Solutions was to come out and inspect our system and repair a few issues. He came and did the work. The next day the bill arrives showing I have to pay him plus a helper that was never mentioned to a tune of $303. I paid the bill without complaining thinking everything is fixed. A month later I am discovering they never checked the system because I am finding sprinkler heads completely backwards shooting water at the house. And all the sprinklers are not functioning properly. So now I have to fix it myself because I can't afford to pay another company to do it. We are seniors on a fixed income with health issues. Shame on them!

Greg and Kyle were honest, straight forward and great to work with. We called Greg at Sprinkler Solutions to get a quote for a Foundation Drip System. He came out on a timely manner, gave us a great competitive quote. We had them out to install the drip system and were completely satisfied with the work. A few weeks later, one of our sprinker valves broke and stayed on with the water flowing. I was unable to get it to stop, and I called Greg. He was there in 20 minutes later to help stop the problem heads spraying! We ended up getting them back out here to go ahead and finish the sprinkler revamp and fixing the problem valves. Kyle was the one leading the team fixing and did a great job of answering questions, pointing out the problem. Honestly, if you need any type of sprinkler issues solved, stop searching and go with Greg and Kyle. They are quality gentlemen who care about serving the needs of their customers in the best capacity and way, without breaking the bank or taking advantage.

I have used Sprinkler Solutions three times now for modifications and repairs to my home irrigation system.  Two of these projects were to relocate and modify the irrigation system to make room for concrete work.  Greg Henson and his son Kyle do excellent work and are quite easy to work with.  They take the time to explain my options and make sure I am totally satisfied with the end result.  These guys are skilled and experienced and I will definitely be using them again.
