Simon Joseph LLC was hired as a contractor for our room addition. The job was very well managed and orchestrated using a variety of professional subcontractors who performed superb craftsmanship above and beyond expectation. Marius (owner) brought to the table many years of expertise coupled with an artistic vision and design quality, which produced a beautiful and functional living space that will last decades. Marius was very easy to work with and flexible with revisions as we progressed with the construction. The entire project utilized swift top-notch subcontractors with excellent craftsmanship without any major disappointments or concerns. I highly recommend Simon Joseph LLC as a trustworthy and professionally skilled contractor who will stay within budget and produce quality workmanship. We have shared this contractor with many friends and neighbors who have marveled over the new kitchen remodel and room addition to our home. I am very pleased with the sunroom that was rebuilt at my house. I would not recommend doing any remodeling during the winter with uncertain weather conditions and during the Christmas and New Year Holidays.

Marius is fantastic to work with. He has a great eye for quality and design. He was able to take our initial ideas and turn it into something better than what we would have come up with on our own. It was great to work with marius on the project. I have learnt too much about the construction business from the ground up during many phases of construction on my new addition. we did have some conflicts here and there due to misunderstand of the scope and expectation. However, marius had gone above and beyond the contract to satisfy his customers in many ways. at the end, I'm very happy with the outcome of my addition. I did lots of research with several bids before decide for Simon Joseph. Extremely professional and no pushing to start. I am 100% happy with what was planned and what was delivered. Quality work with quality materials. The owner Marius does a personal supervision at all parts of the construction and went above and beyond to satisfy the myself and my wife. Painless construction.

The contractor did an excellent job. Was very prompt. Did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He did install a free water heater, paid my deductiable, upgrade counter top and hardwood floors and was very patience work with my insurance company.

It would be a huge mistake not to use SJ LLC. We had a flood in the house that required all new flooring (tile & carpet), painting, sheetrock repair and new baseboards throughout the house. They were in and out in 5 days. Marius won't let his guys go until it's done right. Super customer oriented, knowledgeable and even explained the claim process for my ins co. Our home looks amazing. You won't be disappointed.
