+ -1 moreServpro initially did a good job and got to our house within a half hour after being called. We had major water damage from burst hot water heaters in attic. They removed the water quickly. The days after is where things went bad to worse and we were afraid of mold growing in our house if we didn't get all the damage fixed ASAP. They had various crews coming in and out each day with no one responsible for the work. Many times various workers were grumbling that someone else didn't do their job. We fired them after a week of not being responsive to our complaints and went with a different company. They damaged our tile while ripping up baseboards and offered some $ to fix but we had to replace entire floor since it was 17 yr old tile and couldn't just replace a few tiles in hallway.
