They were wonderful! They addressed issue immeadiately. They came out on a Monday morning, ordered the part and came back out on Tuesday to do the install.

1. Service call was for toilet repair so he would not fix a leaky faucet even though finished with toilet repairs in under 30 minutes. I've had other companies sent through American Homeshield repair extra items if there is a chuck of time remaining on the service call.
2. Technician professional, efficient and experienced, however not very communicative and did not explain much about the leak repair. He must have felt there was no need for an explanation.
3. Technician did miss the second leak in the same toilet, and for some reason the leaking was 10X worse than before to the point I had to shut off the water to the toilet. I had to call for them to return to fix, and schedule the time away from work to meet technician again.
4. On 2nd service call he replaced a rusted bolt that fixed the leak for good and was a bit more communicative - HOWEVER now the toilet is wobbly and it was not before. I'll just live with it until I have a plumber out again. But for these reasons I would not have this company come again.
5. Scheduling time slots with this company is NOT customer-centric. No time slots provided, and they call you the morning of the appt day to let you know if morning or afternoon time slot. They do not give you a window in advance. I requested "morning" on a Friday, four days in advance, as I had afternoon appointments. One of the multiple schedulers called Friday morning to let me know they would be there in the afternoon. I ran into this several times with this company since I had to have them come out again. For the scheduling inflexibility alone I would not recommend this company.

The individual knew exactly what he was talking about and did an excellent job. He did it the correct way for a reasonable price. Two others companies told us the cost would be close to $1800, which thankfully was not the case with this company.
