Paige and Scott Palmer are truly dedicated professionals. I have a background in real estate law, and never once did I question if something was being handled appropriately or in a timely manner. Before we even thought to ask for something, it had already been addressed.
We encountered several issues with other sellers' realtors being non-responsive, disregarding details and contract partiuclars, and in some cases, being downright rude, if not unethical. Despite the shortcomings of their peers, Paige and Scott remained focused on representing our interests in a proactive, courteous, and diligent manner. They really go the extra mile to ensure that they perform their role in the best and most precise manner possible and greatly exceeded our expecations. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
