This was the first Pro to communicate out of the nine that Angi offered. He really wanted my business and offered great communication. He was one of three that returned my texts and one of two that showed up for the estimate. During the estimate, I offered up the full story of how Liberty Mutual denied my claim for replacing the hail damaged roof that caused interior leaks. Other roofers were not willing to fight. They only awarded me the replacement of five garage door panels out of my four doors. So, I gave up and called garage door Pros that angi.com gave me. To make a long story short, after Alex at Savvy Garage Door and Repair, LLC became my General Contractor, Liberty Mutual forked out more than ten times of what they originally offered on top of my deductible. After being patient, I now have a new roof, new leaf guard gutters, repaired ceilings from the water leaks, and four new insulated garage doors with one more super quiet wifi garage door opener. I couldn't be happier.

He arrived at the earliest scheduled time, just 1 hour after my initial call. Corey was friendly and professional and based on the sweet, smooth sound of my "newly repaired garage door," he did a fabulous job.

Cody and Alex were fantastic. I was looking for someone to install my new garage door. Alex reached out to me almost immediately and said they could be here same day. Cody came and installed the door opener as well as replaced my broken springs that I had no idea were even broken. He showed me the springs and explained how everything worked. He didn't have the parts, so Alex came and brought the springs. They were friendly, knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. Cannot say enough about this company. Our only vehicle was stuck in the garage with 1 side of the garage door partialy off the track. They were in constant communication with us to work us in on a Saturday afternoon. So so very very thankful. Fantastic job on the repair. Door is as good as new and quiet as a mouse.
