Great customer service.

What a great little shop.  Firstly, I am a female, and hate going anywhere to get my cars serviced.  I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of by this industry.  I had an estimate done for another one of my cars at a place I found on Angie's list that was rated the best...blah blah blah, and turned out they were more expensive than going to the dealership.  I also have a 2002 Ford pick up truck that I knew needed new brakes.  I also knew there might be a few other things that would need to be done as I had an estimate done on the truck about a year ago for the same services.  The truck does not get driven that often so there was no rush in getting it serviced.  I was expecting to pay around 500 or so to have the brakes replaced, so I was surprisingly shocked at the quote he gave me when he saw that the rotors needed to be replaced immediately and that the rear shocks were shot.  After hearing all the things he found needed to be fixed, I was scared to know the cost, but he said it would be around 650 which sounded too good to be true.  He then asked if I wanted to get the inspection done while he had it there as it was due the next month...all in all, they did a fantastic job, the truck drives better than it has in a long time and the guys are very honest and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a girl.  That may seem lame but I think there are a lot of women out there that have had that same feeling with the car world.
