My wife had gotten me this as a present. It was great. I was out of town on business and my wife had done this for me. They were out really quick and did a good job. They installed a 40 inch tv on the wall in the bedroom. The only thing I wished they would have done was to hide my wires in the wall. I had one done in the living room and the ran the wires into the wall. Other than that they did fine and did what they said they was going to do. Nothing wrong with their service at all. Most likely will be using them again within the next month.

It turned out great. One of the things that I like is that one of the guys who did the install actually suggested that I didn't need the shelf. If I wanted to, we could hang the components at the back of the TV. We did that and I could return the shelf. It looks better on the wall too. There wasn't anything extra for that.

They did a great job. Very professional. Would definitely hire them again. Recommend them very highly. Edward was the main person doing the actual work....Definitely would ask for him again.

It was fast and painless. They responded quickly to the request and provided good options. They were at the house the next day at time agreed and we are pleased with the final result.

The owner came out and confirmed they could do what we wanted.  Two gentlemen installed the equipment and took care to minimize the mess although they were drilling through stone.  They also installed an RF controller so we could control the DVD player remotely.  A week after the installation I had several question.  They returned my call the same day and resolved my concerns.  We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I called them, and we had a discussion about what I needed to have done.  John, who owns it, came out with a helper and helped me out.  He informed me that he could give me half off his normal hourly rate for the work that I needed in excess of the Big Deal.  Everything went well, but I was billed their hourly rate times two for the two people.  That caught me quite a bit off guard.  They did a very good job.  However, I was paying 85 dollars an hour for each person. This means they normally charged 170 dollars an hour without the Big Deal.  That just seemed very high to me.  Still, they did a great job, and they were both nice guys, but I wasn’t expecting to pay so much based on our discussion.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out real good. It was great. I would recommend them to family and friends.

These guys get it! No nicks in the freshly painted wall, no extra cleanup on my part.

Working with Larry and his team at Royal Home Theater was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them.  We got bids from 2 other companies also, and Larry's beat them in every respect.  In looking up reviews on the equipment each recommended, where there were different recommendations, the item Larry recommended was always rated as higher quality than the others.  His price, with the Angie's List discount, was better than the others.  He was also very professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. 
His team was careful with our home throughout the installation, and they worked through every last detail with us to make sure everything was set up just right, and just the way we wanted it.  We are thrilled with the results.  There were a few recommendations that I wasn't sure about before installation, but I went with them, trusting that they knew more about it than I did.  In each case, I'm very glad I listened because their recommendations did lead to a better result. 
Throughout the process, I have also gotten the feeling that Royal Home Theater will continue to provide support and help whenever needed.  Their follow-up to check on us a week or two after installation was very nice.

When I called to make the appointment, Larry was very thorough in asking me what I wanted done, size of TV, which wall, other electronics to be connected, if I wanted an electrical outlet behind the TV. I felt very confident that he knew what was required.  I had decided to install another outlet behind the TV and went with the electrican he uses.  On the day of the service, Larry called to confirm, then he showed up with the two guys doing the work.  The electrician was going to be late and Larry came back again when the electrician arrived.  Everything went fine.  Not until a few days later did we realize that the sound system was not connected to the Blue-Ray.  I called Larry and he apologized and immediately sent guys out to reconnect the systems and put them back in the wall.  He even called later to make sure everything had been taken care of and all components tested and to apologize again. 

They were really good.  They did a plush wall mount.  They did not try to sell extra things while they worked.

They had to cut some picture frame paneling, but they made it so it could be replaced in the future if needed.

Overall it went well. It just cost me more than expected

Alan was very prompt and extremely efficient. He was great to chat with as he worked and made sure I was pleased with what he had done. He laid a cloth down over the carpet so that he would not leave a mess in the bedroom where he worked. My home was in excellent hands! I highly recommend this company. My husband had procrastinated for over a year on mounting our flat screen TV. Wish I would have called these guys sooner!!
