Wonderful! Rosemarie is a consummate service provider. She brings her vacuum, cleaning cloths, etc. She keeps up with the products I use in my house and lets me know when I need to restock!

We were able to go to our house the day after Rosemarie cleaned. She did a phenomenal job. When the movers left, our house looked a mess. I only had a chance to pick up and throw away a few things, as we were moving four hours away. Rosemarie made our home move-in ready and beautiful again. I highly recommend her. Anyone who hires Rosemarie will be very pleased with her services. She is trustworthy and became like a family member.

Rosemarie has cleaned our homes ( current and prior ) for over 15 years . We have continued our relationship since she does a thorough and professional job . She brings her own supplies so we never have to buy them which makes her service delivery seamless .

Rosemarie arrived at the exact time stated and brought her own cleaning supplies! She is very personable and detail oriented in her work. I highly recommend her for the busy professional or a mom that would like a helping hand in keeping the house clean. Her prices are very reasonable, as well!

I was pleased in every way with Rosemarie's services. She was a delight to have in my home, and I appreciated her professionalism, her work ethic, her attention to detail, her punctuality, her ready communication, and her courtesy. Rosemarie met with me before services were performed to become accustomed with our house and to see what special needs we had. She arrived punctually and stayed and cleaned until she was finished. The house looked clean and she did all she promised.

Rosemarie does an excellent job cleaning the house. She does an extremely thorough and professional job, provides all of her own equipment and supplies, and is diligent in seeking our feedback as to our satisfaction with her work and suggestions for improvement. She consistently meets her time commitments and advises well in advance if there is a need to change the schedule for an reason. She advises us if she see issues or problems that need to be addressed that she cannot handle on her own or that need our attention between visits. Overall we are very happy with our experience with Rosemarie and look forward to her working with us for the forseeable future.

We met for an hour and half consultation to determine whether or not we were a good match. She looked at my home. I explained very clearly that it usually takes 3 maids, 3 hours to clean my home.
I paid most maid services $135 to a service provider via credit card. That is the usual
charged for a 2200 sq foot home with no kids and dogs, I've gotten bids ranges between $100-$119. I pay extra for
the additional time needed to clean my house.
I found her to be a lovely lady who would give long term, geat service over the long term. She had stated that she had two medical issues in the past now but was up and
ready to go. THat gave me some pause, but I got the impression that she would be great.
The first two weeks were great, ( I ordered weekly services) The third week she called in sick with her leg. She was having a great deal of trouble with it. So
I told her that was fine. I would hire another service to come in while she was recuperating. However, when she decided to return she woud have to provide reliable
service because I was having surgery the following week.
Later that week she told me she told me she was ready to get back to work. We scheduled a 3rd cleaning. I wrote up a list of tasks of things for her
to do while managing the cleaning of my home. (and a few things that were missed during the last cleaning) The same list I nave given any maid service who has worked in my home.
After the 3rd cleaning was done, I got an email, not a phone call, saying she could not do my home anymore. She could not meet my expectations with her medical issues.
I offered to pay her an additional !135 for another day during the week to get to tasks she could not accomplish. She declined.
I though the whole thing to be odd. I mean who turns down a job that pays $675 a month in CASH with a recession on the horizon??

Rosemarie has a wonderful work ethic and is extremely reliable. We are retired, have a relative large home and a son and two grandsons living with us. Rosemarie is able to work around everyone's schedule and manages to clean top-to-bottom on each visit. She finds places where dust seems to hide. She takes direction willingly. We are very glad she is in our home to give it her special touch.

Forget all those other cleaning services where they send random people to your house without any consistency. Rosemarie, was on time, polite and exceeded my expectations. My floors and bathroom sparkled and the baseboards are white glove approved. I will use this service again.

First, the good:
Rosemarie is very sweet. She was very responsive and communicated with me often throughout the whole process of setting up a consultation, first visit, etc. She took notes during the consultation on specifics that I wanted, and offered to provide her own supplies. She arrived on time to the consultation, and seemed eager to please.
Now, the not so good:
Previous consultations that I have had with other housekeepers were quick and concise - 20 minutes maximum. The consultation with Rosemarie took over an hour and a half. We talked about the same things over and over again, and when she finally left, I still had questions that I hadn't gotten answered. After even more email communication, I found out that she had been planning on cleaning my floors with just water (what?!).
Rosemarie cleaned my 1200 sq ft apartment for the first (and last) time yesterday. When I got home, I was immensely disappointed. I won't go into detail here about all the things that were wrong, but I will touch on just a few to give examples. I had specifically pointed out that I wanted the windows cleaned (just inside, simply wiped off with windex) - they were untouched. One of my mats in the bathroom is ruined - she didn't leave me a note or mention any damage at all. Stove top, kitchen counters, shower, a mirror, and more were all not fully cleaned. I understand that my apartment was very dirty, but so many things were missed. Most importantly, there was no "clean" smell when I came home. It's one of the main reasons I hire someone.
In summary, I thought the price was fair and Rosemarie is very sweet, but her work is not up to my standards.

I wanted to wait to give a review after Rosa had cleaned our home a few times to be fair.
Rosa was very responsive when I first reached out to her. we had a few discussions and she attended the first session at my home to make sure she understood my needs and what was important to me. They cleaned my house perfectly and used natural cleaners and did what I asked and respected my wishes for types of cleaners to use etc.
The second time they came out the ladies missed a couple of spots and I quickly texted Rosa and she made it right and the next time they came out they surely took care of all the items. It is a work in progress as there are always new things that need cleaning but overall she and her team do a great job and they continue to clean my home bi weekly. I am very happy after 4 cleanings.

Our house is 3400 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. She has been our housekeeper for several months now and has always done a pristine job. We are satisfied with the service and outcomes of the work. Rosemarie will put in a full day's work and it shows! She covers all toilets, bathtubs and showers. Makes all the beds, vacuums all carpet surfaces, and polishes all wood furniture.
She is very friendly and reasonably priced. The only thing I supply is Bona floor cleaner. She supplies the rest. She has never been late and is great with kids and pets.

She did great! She spends the whole day at just one client's house. She does well paying attention to detail and cleaning areas that may typically be forgotten. She even took our dog out twice while she was there. She is very reliable and trustworthy. She will arrive when she says and is very easy to contact. For the service you are getting, the price is very reasonable. My husband and I both work outside the home and have a small child, so having her clean our house has been such a luxury to us. Having that family time back instead of spending it cleaning is priceless. I would highly recommend her.
