QUALITY OF FURNITURE OKAY. DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY UNHELPFUL IN MOVING OLD FURNITURE (SOMETHING THEIR BROCHURE SAYS THEY WILL DO.) LEFT VERY HEAVY PIECE OF FURNITURE IN MIDDLE OF THE ROOM, ASSURING ME THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE IT MYSELF (IT TOOK 3 PEOPLE.) THE VARNISH WAS STILL WET ON THE FEET OF THE ARMOIRE, LEFT LONG STREAKS ON THE CARPET. RTG DID REIMBURSE ME FOR THE CLEANING, BUT IT WAS STILL A HASSLE, AND IT TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR THE CHECK TO ARRIVE.
