His price is reasonable.  His performance is an ?A?.  But he comes on a mania basis, he tells me he?s going to be here tomorrow but he comes after two days. 

It?s not that he is not responsive but it?s more a question with his being reliable.  I have issue with his punctuality, I have to call him twice sometimes.  There are two guys who works for him and they are very professional.

Very straight-forward. We arranged for this a couple of days after Rogelio stopped by to make an estimate. He and his men came on time, put down the mulch around all plants and ornaments, spread out the depth evenly, then cleaned up any debris from patio, sidewalks and driveway. The job took about 3 hrs.

This was too wonderful to believe! They were called one day, out the same day for an estimate which was equal to my other estimates, but I took an immediate liking to them. Well mannered, clean, honest, what else could you want! I excepted the estimate and they were out the next morning working from sun up to sun down and finished the next day. I had not envisioned how wonderful they river rocks would look, they were curbed and just perfect!

removed soil and grass from about 25% of front lawn; leveled for St. Augustine sod; put down fresh black dirt first, then put down the sod, leveled with roller alternating with watering. We are very satisfied and want the lawn to have a good winter and get roots down over the cooler season.

He is an excellent guy. I use him for everything regarding my yard, garden, and trees. He always does a great job. Sometimes his reliability in scheduling is a little lax, however he always shows up. He is a busy guy and is very resourceful in solving problems. His crew has been working for him for a long time. He is very personable and professional.

Rogelio Soto provides great yard service. It is his business, and his family (son and father) are working with him. He is very reliable and even does great handy man services as well. He even put laminate floors into my bed rooms, and, installs doggie doors and fixes pretty much everything around the house. He maintains also sprinkler systems. Rogelio speaks perfectly English and I feel very comfortable having him and his family working around my house and yard.
If there needs something else to be done, he gives me a quote which is usually very reasonable. His bi-weekly lawn/yard service is $25 (my yard isn't very large). If I need him to put in some plants or trim bushes or trees, I will ask him how much extra it will cost, and he usually gives me a very reasonable amount. The Sotos are working for me for at least ten years now and I was always happy with their service.

I have used him for several jobs in the past. He does very good work across the board. He is capable of doing a lot of things from trimming trees to fence repair. He has also done landscaping and removal for me. He also has done a sprinkler system repair for me. He is top quality. He has very competitive prices. He is particularly inexpensive on his sprinkler system repair services. He does very practical work that turns out to be top quality. I have been using him for 6 years now.

He is very capable. He does landscaping, lawn mowing, sprinkler system repair and everything. He is very reasonable. His clean up is great. He is very good, very friendly, very knowledgeable of a lot of different practice and he doesn't come across as a specialist or a horticulturist or anything like that. He is a working guy that is very capable in solving problems. He is very social and has a very hardworking crew. He is trustworthy. The only thing I am having a problem with him is he works for special jobs and sometimes he has to work in a day's schedule and I think he comes a day or two late on such occasions. I would use him again in the future. He does my lawn every week and takes care of stuff. I have been using him for years.
