Gerald was very thorough in his inspection and let me follow him around to ask questions. He gave me lots of pointers on home maintenance, like the proper kinds of filters to use, how to clean out the overflow for the HVAC and how to do minor repairs. He also offered suggestions for addressing some of the drainage issues he found with the property (there was some dampness under the foundation). He noticed that there were signs of water damage getting into the garage and ran water at the corner on the outside of the garage to determine the source of the leak. He went above an beyond any other inspector I've seen and he made sure he had pictures for his report to back up any issues he found. I received the report the next day. I learned a great deal about the property from Gerald and in the end felt good about my decision to purchase the property.

Gerald came out and did an inspection on a home we were trying to purchase. He was very detailed and gave us great advice as well as documentation and photos of the work needed to be done and the level of urgency for some of the things he found. This is the second home we've had him inspect for us and the first house we've been in for a couple of years with no issues.

Gerald came out to the property that we were looking at, and did an awesome job with the home inspection. He allowed me to ask questions. In fact, he would bring things up to me as he was walking around pointing out areas of concern and items that were in good condition. He came highly recommended, but this was above and beyond. He spent approximately 4.5hrs doing the entire inspection, and he didn't miss a thing. Because of his inspection, we were able to negotiate some of these issues to be taken care of by the seller. We initially thought the price was on the higher side from what we heard elsewhere, but he came recommended from someone who is in the business. By the end of the inspection, we were glad we did not go with some of the and quot;cheaperand quot; options others had recommended. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was a pleasure to work with in every way.

Gerald allowed us to walk along and ask questions as he and his assistant inspected the home and surroundings. A report, with color pictures and detailed comments and recommendations was provided by late evening.
