Fantastic! Ulises came a couple of weeks in advance so he could see what needed to be done. We scheduled a date for the work to commence, and when the remodeling work on our bathroom finished ahead of schedule, Ulises arranged to move up the start-date to accommodate us. The painters were extremely careful -- they covered everything with plastic and were always careful. When I was unsure about the color for the bathroom, Ulises came up with great suggestions, and we love the result. The work was done on time, and we are thoroughly satisfied.

Theses guys are the best!!!!!! They arrive early and on time every morning. They work steadily throughout the day. They are detail oriented and don't rush or skip any steps. The prep work is amazing. They really perform outstanding services.

Wow! These are the best painters I've EVER had! We wanted to remodel a bedroom & bath, plus paint doors in a hallway and paint part of our attic. Plus, we had lots of touch-ups throughout our house. I was unhappy with the past two painting companies we had hired for other remodeling projects. I had seen Renaissance trucks working at homes in our neighborhood, so I called Ulises Aguilar (the owner) about a month in advance of when we would need to paint after the demo & remodeling was done. He promptly scheduled a visit to our home to see the work. He asked lots of good questions and understood exactly what we wanted. He gave us a detailed proposal in fewer than 24 hours, which we accepted. He also made great suggestions about colors, paint and finishes to use. We agreed on dates for the work, and the painters arrived on time. Two men did all the painting over three days; they worked hard and did a beautiful job. No brush strokes, no drips of paint, just beautiful, perfect sheen on all the walls, the doors and trim. They did miscellaneous touch-ups throughout the house for several hours on the third day. The touch-ups were flawless; the paint was blended so well that I couldn't tell exactly where the repairs were made. On the fourth day, Ulises sent another gentleman to replace all the hardware on five doors, including some hooks, and install new towel bars and a TP holder. He took his time and was incredibly careful and precise, so everything was done perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results, which are truly exceptional. The painters were very professional and communicated well about what they were doing. We will absolutely hire this company again and will request the same painters.  I should also mention that this company is VERY organized. They came prepared for the job. When other supplies were necessary, the painters continued to work, while someone else from the company brought the supplies. So no time was lost. "A" for their work is understated. The workers covered everything meticulously and sanded everything meticulously. Always cleaned up. The house was empty but they were still very respectful of our property. punctual. Showed up when they said they would.Excellent attention to detail. Lovely result. Professional job. There were small touchups needed at the end and they came back on more than one occasion to take care of everything i wanted and i am super picky. They are a little pricey but you definately get what you pay for. I will be hiring them again.

Excellent.  Workwmen were prompt, thorough and cleaned up afterwards.

They started upstairs with texturing the walls and mudding over the heavy textured ceiling to make it orange peel smooth. They took care to cover everything with plastic and move whatever furniture, chandeliers and ceiling fans were in the way. This phase was 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a TV room and connecting hallway plus the main level entryway and dining room. When they finished, everything was put back precisely where it started and was in working order. Next phase was the main level, including master bedroom, bathroom, closet and shower plus the living room, family room, powder room, kitchen, laundry room, entryway and hallways. Every wall & every ceiling. Plastic used and everything protected. The fireplace mantle was transformed from too modern to perfectly rustic. They used suede paint to make the main level look like one-of-a-kind and used a glazing technique in the master bedroom that makes us smile in delight every time we wake up and see the room around us. And they also did suede in the newly finished basement. The results were to make that new space look like it had always been part of the house. The project took the equivalent of almost a man-year over a 6-week period, but was worth the time and cost. Our 2005 home looks like it was built last month. While 6 weeks sounds like a long time to have that many people in your house from 8AM to 6PM, it did not seem that way to us. Everyone was busy and happy. There was occasional singing to the music on the radio. It was actually energizing to have that much joy in the house while it was being transformed. Our thanks to Abraham, Christian, David, Jose, Pablo, Julio, Tomas, Jasiel, Ramon, Amado and especially Ulises - what you did here is priceless.

I had three estimates on this painting project. Renaissance came in a bit higher than the other two, but I understand why.  The same reason a steak at Ruth's Chris costs more than one from Outback.  These guys are very good.  Ulises described what he would do, how they would do it, and that convinced me.  

• - The project included removal of alot of wallpaper.  The other guys who I talked to wanted to prime and paint over the wallpaper.  Ulises did not.  His crew carefully removed all of the wallpaper with zero damage to the existing sheetrock.  They primed and textured.  
• - We had a few cracks in the ceiling, corners, edges - some of them big.  Ulises's crew spent alot of time repairing these - they didn't patch over them - they fixed them.
• - The taping and masking was very impressive.  Everything was taped, covered in plastic.  There was no paint splatter anywhere when they were finished.  They moved all of the furniture, and replace it when complete.

- The final price matched the estimate.

• - The crew was very professional, friendly, polite, and respectful of my home and its contents.  Every evening, they cleaned up and carried out any trash that accumulated.  

I have  more home improvement over the next months, some will involve more painting.  I won't bring in anyone else for estimates - I will certainly have Ulises and his crew do all my painting in the future.
 

we used Ulises' crew for 10 years. never have we seen this combination of work ethic and excellence in craftsmanship. the employees we saw in our home were the same ever year. they new our home and our likes. we have moved 500 miles away and I would pay their travel costs to help us in our new home. they are that good!

I cannot begin to find the words to tell you what a beautiful job we had done! Truly amazing and we are so happy with the whole process of working with Ulises and his professionable painters. From the first contact with Ulises when he came to our home to give us a bid, until the final finished job, it was very unstressful and very easy. They arrived every morning when they said they would, worked very hard all day, and only took lunch break. They took their time, didn't rush anything, and treated our home as if they were doing it for themselves. They totally and quot;tentedand quot; our whole kitchen; floors, counter tops, and ceiling to protect from the sanding, priming, and painting process. Even in the other part of the house, they tried to protect our things by covering everything. We have received so many compliments from their work. The main concern for this company is that they are customer minded and their main goal is to make sure the customer is COMPLETELY satisfied. Ulises would not take a penney from us until we convinced him that we are TOTALLY happy with what they did. Please give this company a chance to do any kind of painting, faux finishing for you as I know you will not find a better, more customer oriented company. Their work is as close to perfection as I have ever seen. That's what their goal is as well!

Great job, guys! They showed up exactly on time each day. Every inch of my floor and furniture was covered in plastic for protection. Great attention to detail for a good price. I love my new room; it looks fabulous. Will definitely be calling Ulises again for future jobs.

i can't say enough about these guys. They painted our exterior about two years ago, so this is the second time we've used them. The quality of their work is truly amazing, as is their attention to detail. Ulises worked patiently with us in selecting colors and texture. The crew was friendly and highly skilled, and Ulises was out here just about every day to make sure things were moving along.OK. Will definitely use them again.

I have worked with these guys before so knew they would be best for this difficult job of matching texture and color of existing wall. This was very difficult and I knew there was a real possiblity that the whole bathroom would have to be retextured and painted. When I saw the finished job I was amazed and very grateful. It was perfect! They painted the closet and built in cabinets - they even took the drawers out and painted them inside and out. They painted the inside and out of a built in ironing board cabinet. I had expected the outside painted but not the inside. These guys do thorough prep work before they even start painting. I cannot say enough good about these guys. They are the best!

The painters came promptly, were quite professional and did an excellent prep job as well as paint job. They kept the areas neat and clean and cleaned up after themselves.

The preparation done was impressive. The house and fence were power washed, brick and roof masked, and windows covered. The amount of caulk used was staggering as every seam and joint was filled and finished. The paint job used a greater amount of paint than anticipated since the wood was largely rough cedar, but there was no additional charge. The owner, Ulises Aquilar, and/or the sales representative Douglas Howie came by at least once daily to ensure we were pleased with the job. They responded positively to every concern and request we made. The quality of the work was outstanding.
