Relax the Back

I highly recommend Relax the Back in Plano, TX. My wife and I had purchased a "lemon" elsewhere, so we were somewhat skeptical of making a bad investment twice. The salesperson who greeted us, Ben, was just a super nice guy, very courteous and had our best interests at heart. He used a "no pressure" approach, which I certainly appreciated. My daughter and I have various joint and back issues, so we want and need something we can turn to for occasional relief; she and I agreed on the chair we like best and we decided to "pull the trigger." Did you know you can get a chunk knocked off the price if you get a signed recommendation from a licensed practitioner? So we returned the following week, prior to delivery, to bring the signed form. Josh waited on us that time, promptly accessing our order and applying the discount. The delivery service was also outstanding! Super nice folks to work with. It's been a month since the delivery and we are 100% pleased with our purchase. I'm starting to feel the effects of the aging process and a morning's worth of yard work reminded me. Our Cozzia Qi SE gave my sore muscles just what they needed. It's easy to fall asleep in the middle of a massage and it's difficult for me to find a setting I don't like: Joint Care, Gentle, Spine Care, Stretch, Chinese, Swedish, Japanese, Balinese, Vigorous, Thai -- they're all FANTASTIC, bringing relaxation and relief to a new level. Even with all those settings, you can still create your own custom treatment(s).
