John came on the day promised and was very efficient and thorough in repairing leaks and adjusting sprinkler heads. He was easy to work with and explained things that needed to be done.

Jon came out and fixed the issues. Some of the valves and heads were original from when house was constructed and they finally wore out.

I was completely satisfied with the work. The price was very reasonable. I thought he did more work than what he expected to. He stayed within the original bid so I was very pleased with the price. He did very good work. I sure will use him in the future.

Raindawg gave me an estimate of the cost of installing a drip irrigation system for all of my landscape, including pots and planters. He arrived when he said he would and other than for some weather problems beyond his control, he finished the project when he said he would.  The job proved bigger than he anticipated because of the type of landscaping I have, causing him to use more material and take longer than he expected, but he held true to his original bid. I had to call him back for some minor adjustments that developed because of changes I had made and he took care of everything for me.

Last summer, because of sprinkler water restrictions, I had to stand in the heat for 4 to 5 hours every day during the hot season to hand water my entire landscape.  Now, because drip irrigation systems are exempt from water restrictions, all I have to do is set the controller and forget about it. My landscape is looking better than ever because it is getting adequate water at less than the cost of conventional sprinkler watering.  Not only that, but there is virtually no water wasted in drip irrigation.

I fully recommend this company for anyone needing drip irrigation.

Jon and his team were punctual and did everything they said they would. The pricing was very reasonable as compared to other services I've used in the past. They ended up not only re-sodding our entire yard, but planted beautiful and colorful perennials that line our front walkway as well as our back patio. Our front and back yards have never looked so beautiful!

Fantastic! I have never been more impressed with anyone who has come to work on our home. We needed to regrade our side yard before having a fence put in. Frankly, we hired RainDawg because the quote was the second cheapest. Mr. Jon, as my kids call him, came to work every day, rain or shine (literally). After he was finished, our side yard looked so awesome that we decided not to fence it in at all! That alone saved us the price of his fee.
When the fence people came, they ended up drilling a hole through the sprinkler pipe. Jon came back the next day and fixed it, and the adjusted all the sprinklers to work more efficiently with the new fence line. After spending hours digging, fixing, and testing sprinklers, he refused payment! (We were able to insist he take).
But the best part of the experience was the kindness he showed towards my kids and his employees. My kids are some of the most curious and, Jon answered their questions, let them watch the dump truck bring in the dirt, and on the second trip, showed them how the sprinkler pipes worked.
The first day it was pouring rain when they were shoveling and grading the fill dirt. I was so impressed to see that Jon and his workers took turns working in the rain. Even my kids were watching and noticed.
I would hire Jon and his crew again without hesitation!

He came over and gave me an estimate, explained the scope of the work
and showed me samples of the materials to be used. Once I had discussed
it with my husband and we agreed to go ahead with the foundation drip
irrigation system, I called Jon and he put in on the schedule
immediately. His crew of two worked hard, with Jon coming over several
times during the two days to check on the work. Jon has followed up
with phone calls to check on the system. I am sure that if something goes wrong he will take care of it for us. Highly recommended.

They are getting ready to offer gardening services so I am going to have them plant a garden for me. I have been very pleased with their work. Their prices are extremely reasonable. As he would repair stuff he would let me know what he was repairing and what needed repaired. He kept me very up to date to what he was doing.

The irrigation system in my yard is nearly twenty years old, so it needs occasional service. Jon came highly recommended to me about five years ago and have used him exclusively since then for irrigation needs, as well as having him install a watering system in a new landscape area around my patio. Each time he comes he not only fixes my problem but always checks every sprinkler head on my acre of land. Jon is a delight to work with. He is honest, trustworthy, and timely, and never hesitates to return if the problem isn't solved (but it is rare that he doesn't fix it the first time.) He explains things thoroughly and makes recommendations, but never pushes things down your throat. Jon is licensed and constantly applies new techniques and systems that are more "water friendly." I have recommended him to friends who have been as pleased as I am.

Called out to inspect and trouble shoot sprinkler problems, and he found a bad clock and replaced it. He also repaired a leak for me.
