Professional homecraft has been in the metroplex sense 1982, I started this out of the US Navy where I got my training in Hydrolics and electronics, with my Dad and now I'm working to have my son take over in the next few years. I charge a $79 service charge or a $79 Air Conditioning 22 point check up which includes up to 1 lbs of freon R 22, or 3 lbs R 410a free. I install a 3 ton, R 22, 13 SEER, replacement outside unit for only $1499, 3.5 ton $1599, 4 ton $1699, 5 ton $1899, all sizes avaliblewhile, heatpumps are $400 more. Our 3 ton, R410A , 13 SEER, replacement kit [condenser and inside cooling coil] installed to your existing furnace is only $2599. A 3 ton, 16 SEER complete system [furnace, coil, condenser] is only $5499, We will beet any lugitamate bid by 10%. We offer a 5% discount to US vets, Angies list users, and retired over 65. "National code now requires us to use mastec [sealer] over the tape. Using mastec over the tape will not only insure the tape will stay [has a tendancy to gome off due to heat or age] but gives a better seal against air leaks. Jf your A/C man didn't use mastec than it's nor to national code."
