4 ESTIMATES WERE DONE AND I WENT THE BEST PRICE. I SHOULDN'T HAVE!! THEY LIFTED FOUNDATION AND THIS CAUSED SEVERAL OTHER DAMAGES SOME OF THE DAMAGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: FIREPLACE...IT HAD CRACKS IN IT AFTER THE FACT AND I COULD NOT USE MY FIREPLACE ALL WINTER. FRENCH DOORS AND RAFTERS AND SEVERAL INTERIOR DOORS DO NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I HAD TO HAVE A ENGINEER COME OUT AND THEY STATED THE HOUSE/FOUNDATION WAS NOT LEVEL WHAT SO EVER. THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT 2 BEAMS UNDER TO SUPPORT BAY WINDOW AND DINING ROOM AREA. AND THEY PUT NOTHING THERE. THE HOUSE IS TO HIGH IN AREAS AND TOO LOW IN OTHERS. HAVE TO HAVE OTHER CONTRACTORS NOW REPAIR WORK THEY CAUSED DAMAGE TO.
