I have been using Prestonwood Cleaners for more than 8 years now. The people are absolutely terrific to work with. The cleaning and laundering is excellent. Alterations make every garment look custom fitted. If I could rate this higher than A, I would give it an A++++. You cane depend on the service and garments are always ready on time. If there is a large amount to be carried they will assist you to your car. I just can't say enough about how great they are.

Prestonwood is completely responsive and after just a few visits they will call you by name when you enter the door. My main cleaning problem is ring around the collar, no cleaners I have tried in the north DFW has come close to the quality clean and elimination of my ring around the collar that Prestonwood has. They know ring around the collar is one of my pet peeves and after tellin them once it has never been present again. I love this cleaners...

I use Prestonwood Cleaners from time to time for dropoff of regular cleaning. I took advantage of a 30% offer to get a comforter cleaned, and was happy with the results. First, they got it done in only two days, when my wife told me to expect five. Second, it cost less then a I expected. And finally, Persontonwood uses the new organic dry cleaning chemicals that are reputedly somewhat safer than the old-school petroleum based products. Since I sleep under the comforter every night I guess that's a good thing, right? Anyway, there are lots of dry cleaners to choose from, but I'm pretty happy with Prestonwood, although not as happy now that Albertson's is closed, I can't combine errands with a trip to the cleaners anymore.
