+ -1 morePremium Auto Works was satisfactory. It wasn't too big a deal. I had a complaint in my car and they didn't find the problem but when I took it to a different provider, they were able to find it. The service was okay but there were a couple of minor things.

+ -1 moreCar kept dying. I managed to get it to the shop. They diagnosed the problem, somehow checked the factory warranty, and called to tell me what was wrong and that I should take it to the VW dealership for warranty service. They charged me a minimal fee (maybe $35) and I had to pay for a tow truck to get it to the dealership, but WOW, If I would have gone somewhere else, I would have never known that my warranty was still in effect for a 5 year old car. On previous occasions, they have done regular maintenance for me and oil changes. No hassle, no problems, no surprises.
Description of Work: I took my car in for service and Darryl called me back to say the work was covered under warranty. They even coordinated the repairs with the dealership. At another repair shop I would have paid thousands to have the work done, but they took the time to check out the warranty for my car and saved me lots of dollars. I will be a customer for life. I have used them several times and have been very, very happy with the service and the fair prices. This is an auto repair shop that you can trust. They always contact me to tell me what is wrong with my car, and an estimate of the cost. There are no surprises and the work is always done quickly and correctly.
