Fabulous! The columns look brand new. Pure magic! And the house sparkles. Out of five quotes I got from A-rated companies, I chose Premier because Blaine's eye for details of rotted or damaged board that he would repair was far superior to any other quote. His price was slightly higher than the others, but it included using higher quality paint compared to the other quotes and included lots of carpentry fixes and new trim boards added. It was a wonderful job!

They had a good crew. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They were courteous with my dog and always knocked before coming and going.

I have used this company several times. I have left them in my house unsupervised each time I used them. I trust them an would not use another painter. I can't remember the cost, but they were very reasonable in comparison to other quotes. They do great work and are easy to work with.

This is the second time we've used this provider and both times we've been very impressed.

Connected a few other places and decided to go with them because of the work they did on our neighbors house the year prior. Blanie took his time on the estimate, went over the issues and pointed out a few spots where other painters were careless left behind paint on a few bricks.
In the beginning everything went well. The first week they came out and power washed everything. Waited a week then started fixing the trim and painting the house. They finished preping and painting in three days with a crew of 2 people (my neighbor's house they had a crew of 4-5 spent a week preparing to paint) but there were several things not right. I called him several times to see when they were coming back to finish and didn't hear from him for over two weeks. I left several messages at the office and on his cell phone. When he did contact me, he said sorry he was on vacation and didn't get any messages (not sure how that was possible). I let him know we had a couple of issues that still needed to be attended to....flashing around the chimney was bent/pulled away, paint spills, hanging cables, a sagging eve, and spots missed. Blaine admitted that he didn't do a final walk through becasue of his vacation and apologized for that and the items that were missed.
A few days later, the two guys came over to fix the issues. Right after they left, we notice our phone, tv and internet didn't work. Had to call the providers to have them come out. I let them know that we just had our house repainted so maybe it was connnected. They said oh no, that wouldn't cause it. After looking inside the home, I pointed out the cables that Premier Painting re-attached to our home. After climbing up on the roof of the first story, he noticed that they stapled thru the cables to attach them back to our house. He took a pic because he couldn't believe someone would do that. Comcast had to replace all the cabling and he also let me know they did it to the TV and phone cables too.
I'm not sure why anyone would think stapling thru of the center of cabling and wires would ok to do. I called Blaine, let him know and emailed the pics. He only asked how much did it cost to get it fixed...didn't seem to care all that much.
I let our neighbor know about our experience and disappointment. He said he'd recently contacted Blaine too for intierior painting but never heard back from him.

Blaine was very professional and respnsive. Gave me a good run down of how they were going to do the work. Spoke to 3 different vendors, no one could beat this price for the same quality of work and materials. Blaine also gave us a complete catalog of colors to choose from and helped us finalize the color that looked very nice.

We had used Premier Painting previously for interior painting and were so pleased that when the exterior of the house needed to be repainted, we wouldn't consider using anyone else. Blaine was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. He made a suggestion for a color combination that we had not considered, which turned out to be just perfect. In addition to the brick and trim needing to be repainted, the siding on the garage needed to be replaced. Blaine suggested replacing only the area that was quite deteriorated instead of the entire garage, which saved a considerable amount of money. We really appreciated his honesty and integrity. The crew who did the work were above reproach. They did impeccable work and were extremely considerate and courteous. They completed the job in less than 2 days. We are thorougly pleased with the outcome of the project and would definitely recommend Premier Painting.

One man showed up showed on day 1 to power wash and rinse fence. He was very thorough.
They had to wait several days due to rain and wind issues.
Finally, the weather cooperated, and a 2 man crew showed up to apply the stain. They were very careful to protect house surfaces adjoining the fence.
During the entire project, the owner (Blaine) stayed in contact with project status updates.
Very satisfied with this job. I intend to call Blaine in 3 years to repaint again. This is the second time the Premier Painting has done our fence, plus they have done the house exterior, and another job painting 3 interior rooms.

Day one is a power wash.
Day two is caulk, mask off windows, and replace any damaged exterior wood.
Day three is paint and cleanup.

We had just completed a kitchen and quot;overhauland quot; project, that consisted of cabinet refacing, new counter tops, and new vinyl flooring. The last phase of the project was to paint everything.
Blaine (the owner) came to give us a bid for the work. He was very thorough in his presentation. He gave us very helpful tips to compare paint samples. Blaine was quite candid about what we might expect when using oil based paint for the trim regarding residual odors that might remain for a few days. He estimated the job would take about 2-1/2 days.
The crew (3 men) arrived on day one, and immediately got to work. They were all very competent painters.
The job was completed in 2 days.
While I gave Premier Painting all and quot;A'sand quot;, there were some areas of minor disappointment that warrants mentioning, but in my opinion did not affect the final rating. No job is completely perfect.

- Failed to replace outside faucet frost protection cap they removed to attach their water hose.
- Reinstalled kitchen vertical blinds backwards (called them back on this).
- Could not get living room vertical blinds back in original position, making it necessary to trim about 10 fins so that they did not rub on the window casing bottom.
- After 4-5 days after completion we are finding minor paint deposits on door knobs etc. that required wiping/scraping.
- While witnessing the crew moving our furnishings, we both cringed. At times it appeared as if they were not handling items as their own, and could have lead to some damage. Luckily, there was no damage detected.

They really did an outstanding job with the painting and the texture work. Their price was very fair. They also did some repairs of small holes that we had in our wall, and you can't tell that there were ever any holes there. At first, we played telephone tag, but once we were able to get ahold of them, they were great to work with. We were really pleased with the work they did. Overall, I'm happy with their services and I would definitely recommend them.

I spent around $1500 on that work. I dealt directly with the owner of the company. It was a typical painting job.

Blaine, who is the owner, came to the house to give me an estimate. I immediately liked how he explained things, and I went with his color suggestions. He originally told me that his crew would be here on the following Thursday morning and that the job (painting the dining room, kitchen, living room, and one bedroom) would take only one day. He also offered to paint and fix a small hole in the wall (damaged by Lowes' crew a few days earlier when they delivered some appliances).
On the scheduled day, there was a problem with the painting crew and Blaine dropped only one person in my house to do all the prepping/masking. The poor guy was here from 8:30am until 4pm all by himself and no sign of the rest of the crew. They finally arrived at 4:30pm and immediately started painting. This whole episode was a little upsetting since they would only be able to finish the service on the next day. As expected, they came early (8:30am) the next morning to finish the job, and were done by noon. I am glad that I had scheduled the cleaning service for the afternoon, otherwise it would have been a problem. One downside was that the crew didn't cover my wood cabinets in the kitchen as I was told they would do.
Even though there was this glitch with the painting crew not finishing in one day it was originally planned, I was pleased with their services and plan to hire this company again mainly because of the good impression left by the owner, Blaine.

They showed up on time - two workers and one of the owners who was the one that came out to provide the estimate. He was also on time to provide the estimate and answered all my questions. The workers were not subs they worked for Premier Painting. They were clean, quite and went right to work. They covered everything as well as made paper walk ways to the other parts of the house that were tone worked upon. They worked very fast and finished in just two days. No one else who provided quotes said they finish even in one week. Sincerely Ken Leigh

These guys were really good. Blaine worked with us on how it would go from start to finish, which was extremely fast. They moved everything and protected the rest of the home from their work, did everything in 4 days. This for us was a "This is going to be a really bad event", but they made it extremely tolerable. They were reasonable priced, punctual, professional and extremely respectful of our living environment, which had to be totally disrupted, but they made it very tolerable. Beautifully done, better paint than what we had done on a recent refresh. It was also clean after they finished! My neighbor, who is a professional real-estate developer, saw how they protected the house for exterior painting and said - "I need to use those guys, not many people do THAT professional-level of work when painting the exterior". I had 3 estimates, and Blaine was very competitive, beating one, but close to the other. Professionalism however won out, and I was convinced they would do the better job, and they did. Very happy.

Blaine is very responsive and available throughout the job and his guys are top notch. They take great pride in their work and willing to put their quality up against anybody's. I agree with them. We got four real quality quotes - Blaine was actually the most expensive, but all quotes were within $200. In the end, we felt most comfortable with Blaine...he had the best ideas, background, and was willing to work with us on several different options. His primary team is fantastic - the sanding, caulking, carpentry, and all general prep work were second to none...no cutting corners or shaving quality for time. They made sure that everything was approved by us before they would begin painting. The guys left the job clean, flower beds and plants paint and crush free (at least where I cared about it). They were professionals through and through, and I can't say enough good things about them. Premier Painting is great at what they do and you will be very pleased with their work. Blaine is always accessible and great to work with as the owner. I will use them again should the need arise and I will happily recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Perfect. This is the best contractor I have ever worked with, and we have been doing house renovations for almost two years so I have worked with quite a few. They were prompt and nice to work with.

This company performed WAY above my expectations. The gave us the best estimate, stuck to the price and did a fantastic job on everything they did. The people were courteous, prompt, on time every day, did a couple of things not in the contract (they cleaned our gutters) and finished before I thought they possibly could. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing this kind of work. Great job!

I called Blaine because I needed to have my front door re-stained, it was in bad shape, peeling and faded. I ended up with an estimate to have my exterior re-done and I am glad I did. My house is 10 years old and Blaine pointed out things that we had really not paid much attention to but need to be taken care of. When he went through the list of things that would be done on the exterior I was very impressed and felt like I was getting more than my money's worth. After the work was completed all I can say that it was done perfectly, the neatness of the work was incredible. I have used Premier Painting Co. several times and I have always been very happy with work they do. Blaine and his crew are very professional and always do a great job!
