Jose and Chantell were providing service on my pool regularly and were very friendly; doing a good job. Then in June my pool started to develop algae. I contacted them and they came out and treated. I was advised to let the pump run continously for 24hrs for the week which i just trusted. Well they didn't show up for the cleaning and i contacted them to find out what the deal was, especially now that my booster pump was making noise and leaking. Jose came out and said it had damage internally and would need to be replaced. He also mentioned that booster pumps were prone to over heating and should run a shorter cycle than the main pump; really? You tell me this after a week of continous running in 100degree weather. Well i still hadn't woke up and i bought a new pump but they have dropped off the face of the earth, no response to email, voicemail, text, phone. Fortunately i was able to stop the last two payments to them via the bank saving myself $410 for monthly cleaning and repair work.
