PLANO TREE CARE

Called them after a tree fell on my roof, they where there in less than an hour to remove the tree before it created anymore damage. Normally used another company but Plano Tree Care by far has superior customer service and up front cost! They will definitely be my first call now! Lori was super helpful with getting me on the schedule ASAP and really answered all my questions, also thank you to Aaron and his team!!!

Had some tree removal and other trimming work done that resulted in damage to irrigation drip lines. Have been trying to reach out to the owner and have not had phone calls returned.

I have used Plano Tree Care twice before.  Aaron (Owner) quoted and scheduled a day promptly and the team arrived on schedule.  Bo (the supervisor) listened carefully to my concerns, offered a few suggestions of what needed to be done.  The crew did the trimming safely and cleaned up the yard (even the dead leaves that were left when the pear tree fell).  They are slightly more expensive than your typical drive by tree trimmers, but the work is done professionally.

I have nothing bad to say bout Plano Tree Care, each time I've used them they've come out and given me the estimate the exact same day, I'll call back to approve the estimate and they'll have it done the next day.   My neighbors have even stopped to ask me who does my trees and are usually shocked at how little I pay to have them done.   I'll continue to use Plano Tree Care and will recommend them to anyone I can.  

The crew were respectful, dropped huge trees without hurting anyting else, cut branches and trunks in firewood lengths and hauled off all the rest. Completed job for estimated price.

They did their job and they showed up on time. They cleaned up when they were done. I was happy with the price and there were no hidden charges. I was very pleased.
